I went to a seminar today with Erik Paulson. It was excellent.
He was knowledgable & very technical, but without any ego whatsoever. He worked with kids & adults alike, covered a cross section of techniques and avoided using any 12-step wondermoves that aren't practical. And there were a couple of little 'gems' in there that'll change my game so I'm very happy. Although I'm mainly into gi, this was a great opportunity to work the no gi game.
