I dont know why Shamrock would do that to himself, loosing to Ortiz 3 times would be just straight out embaressing.

Do you think Shamrock 10 yrs ago could have taken Ortiz?

No. Not before 10, not before 20. NEVER!

I agree jarhead, Ken has to be doing it for the money. After losing twice before (and the first time he looked like hamburger meat) why would you go back for a third time. I think Tito is just one of those guys that has always had Ken's number. He knows how to get inside of his head and really mess up his thinking, kinda like Ali used to do with his fighters. I do however think Ken would have a much better chance if he would get in there and just try to take care of business the way he should instead of trying to fight different than he normally would. Like when he fought Royce, he went in and said he was going to prove to the world that he could out grapple Royce and look what happened...they rolled around in Royce's guard for 20 minutes and it was a draw. Then when he fought Rich Franklin and he threw those two "fancy" kicks that caused him to fall on his arse. He just needs to fight to have any kind of chance.

Gotta agree, at this point in his life I think we all know Shamrock is way past his prime. If he's smart he'll take this money and invest it. He probably doesn't have many fights left in him, and after watching the Ultimate Fighter, who would want to pay to be taught by him at the Lion's Den?
