it's worth it... 'nuff said. -
Even at two times the cost, it would be a bargain.
Simply put, it's the most extensive coverage of basic and intermediate techniques in MMA. It's geared more toward NHB and no-gi competition, it' very well organized and it has TONS of techniques. It's major usefulness it's in the fact that it's a quick reference for techniques. You may browse trough it and recall some tec you tought you forgot.
