What type fighter would you like to see enter NHB?
I may be laughed at ,but I would like to see the guy who calls himself Saturn on WWF in a NHB match. He always does realistic and workable submissions and is a true power house. This guy, if trained for it,could be devestating.
i want to see the guys from battledome step up! or maybe from american gladiators! i also want to see more female fighters in NHB, regardless of style. later!
Honestly,I'd like to see Scott Steiner from WCW enter a NHB event.I mean he does have a good wrestling background,I don't know if he can take or throw a punch though.
If if it comes down to it he could just pull a Randelman and just lay on his opponent until time runs out.
I personally would like to start seeing exhibition matches between people with down syndrome or other handicaps. Think of how great those fights would be. The Main Event could be Gary The Retard from the Howard Stern Show vs. Corky from Life Goes On. Wow I get excited just thinking of that match up! C'mon lets encourage the promoters to quit the discrimination against those with down syndrome and LET THEM FIGHT!
I'd like to see San Shou fighter Cung Le get into NHB and I'd also like to see some of the Battledome Warriors step up. The main one I'd like to see is Mike (O'Dell) O'Hearn. He's 6'4" tall, 265 lbs and he is ripped. He is a bodybuilder, California state powerlifting champion and a judo blackbelt. He's been pictured in some Martial Arts articles with Mike Swain and he was a bouncer a few yrs back. So he probably knows how to handle himself. I think I read last year that he was training some BJJ. If you watch him in the Battledome event where the competitor runs towards the Warrior to hit a light behind them, O'Hearn has annihilated every competitor he's ever faced, bar none. None of the other Warriors have been as consistent or as dominant. O'Dell has taken everyone down with the Goldberg spear/tackle, very nice judo throws and just brute force. He damn near always lands in a dominant position and then taunts the challenger. He is awesome in takedowns and in dominant positioning. I'd like to see him try that his taunting w/ Kevin Randleman, Pete Williams or Pedro Rizzo.
Also, Scott Steiner said in a recent interview that he could beat the crap out of Tank Abbott without any problems. I'd love to see if he really can. Both Steiner brothers are the real deal.

Originally posted by edro He's got a great build, and apparently knows the forms (Dragon: the bruce lee story)...wonder if he can fight?
probably not...
As far as fighters go, I obviously want to see a heavyweight boxer. I was thinking about a K-1 heavyweight, but I have a pretty good feeling they'd get handled easily. A Tyson or a Lewis have way more power in their hands then an Aerts or a Hoost, so I think they have a better chance to win.
As far as pro-wrestlers, I'd like to see
Scott Steiner - Maybe more in the early 90s when he wasn't just one big hunk of steroids. He was an awesome amatuer wrestler and was always huge, so he could've done something in MMA.
The Rock or Hulk Hogan - Nothing would satisfy me more then to see them both get their asses kicked.
Fred Durst, he's always talking shit like hes some kinda badass. His musics tight but hes a real pussy. He backed down from a boxing match with that kead singer from creed...
K-1 heavyweight Sam Greco...
He has like the perfect build for NHB and if you've seen him fight...his style is very very aggressive...his striking is obviously on another level to all the NHB guys right now.
If he cross trained with some wrestling/subs...he'd be beating everyone...for sure...
I want to see an accomplished professional boxer or high ranking Muay Thai fighter train striking only to maintain those skills and spend a couple of years on takedown defense and submission defenses just to see how far they could make it, or if they could even go all the way! I'd also like to see Cung Lee fight or any other Elite San Shou (sp?), because in theory it sounds effective. Also, I'd like to see some freaks like really huge guys that have been well trained, even bigger than Morais, also some little guys and seeing them overcome weight disadvantage has always interested me and with weight classes you don't see that too much anymore.
