I've seen a demonstration of 20 or so guys lying on their backs holding a crunch, and another 20 guys run along stomping on their stomachs, so you'd have 20 guys in a row stomp on your stomach, then they circled back and did it again. These weren't dainty ladies either, these were heavy set martial artists. Not saying that guy isn't good - just saying that he isn't completely out of this world. That being said, I couldn't take that ^_^

It's easy, anyone with reasonable abdominal strength can do that. The real trick is in how the girls are landing - note that their legs stay bent, absorbing some of the impact, and that they try to land flat-footed (a couple of times they don't, landing with more weight in the balls of their feet, and that hurts the guy on the floor). If they landed with their legs straight, heels-first, he'd be in trouble.

BTW, despite the title, I think that's some sort of fetish video, not a real MA clip.

For a much more impressive display of abdominal strength, check out old-time strongman Frank "Cannonball" Richards - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlytmtStpdg
