When somebody joins my crew we put them in a unique type of grappling match in which if you tap out all your opponent has to do is switch holds. This goes on until ME or one of the other co-leaders says its enough. The grunt ranks have a way of testing there new leader. They throw em in the pit blindfolded and attack 1 to 3 at a time until their leader either starts crying or passes out from over exertion. Needless to say he cant be a leader if he starts crying before he passes out. we hand pick everyone who joins us using martial arts.
