      From an upperbody clinch i try to get atleast one underhook and i then "jack it up" on the side with my underhook. My other arm has an overhook usually. Push in, jack it up, he pushes back, bring your foot on the overhook side behind your foot on the underhook side, while lowering your level and boom, its a big hip throw. Its easier said then done.
