Sak will beat Silva by either armbar or decision. I see him coming out maybe throwing a high kick or 2 and shooting a quick single like he did on Igor. Be interested to see if he stays in Silvas guard pouding or not.

Henderson over Gracie by decision. I think Dan will win this one fairly easy. Renzo cant take him down and i think Dan is the better puncher and will do what he does best and win the decision.

Ken is going to beat Igor. He has the athletic ability and strength to put this fight where he wants it, and i guarantee you all of the lions den are together wokring a strategy. I think he wilkl either ride high in Igors guard pounding to earn the decision, or he will submit him via leglock, something we havent seen from Ken since UFC 8.

I'm surprised more people didn't even give Shamrock a chance. He has a great chance of winning, who knows really?

I have read on a site that these where new rules to the Pride FC is it true? If yes I really think Silva can win bing bang Saku is down, big kick right in the face ref stop the bout. I have seen many time Silva win that way I think those new rules will give him a advantage. Oh and I would not do the box if i where Saku cause Vanderlai will get up and kick the head of Saku off.

1- A fighter whit wrestling shoe can now kick is opponent.

2-Kick and knee strike are now legal when opponent is on the ground.

3-Ref can give a yellow card when someone dont attack to passif (dont know the word in english lol).

4-There will be one 10 minutes round fallowed by 2-5 minutes rounds.

5-No draw judge must choose a winner.

6-The fight will not be put up if nothing happen and someone as 10kg less then his opponent.

Edro you pathetic dweeb. I was traveling and didn't have the pleasure of reading your last post until now. Let's deal with this quickly and move on. Tito already fought Silva. Frank has not. One has already happened and is a statement of material fact. The other is a hypothetical.
To say that both "can" beat Silva in the same sentence is misleading and ambiguous.

I'm a lawyer and a writer. So don't even f**k with me about writing. I wasn't diverting the issue at all. I immediately took notice of your sorry pathological need for being right. Thought you were gloating didn't you? You kicked my proverbial ass so hard your foot came back and hit you upside your head. You're not smart enough to be arrogant.

But let's get back to the subject. You were real young and one night your uncle came into your room. He turned off the lights and told you not to say anything to anybody. And then what happened?

                Original Post

Without insulting anyone can we all please stay on the topic of the next Pride. I wanted peoples thoughts on it and some how it turned into people talking about other people parents, name calling, and child molestation. What does that have to do with Pride! Everyones going to have different opinions so can we just give each other a little respect and not make it personal.

Edro, the only reason I argued with you was your arrogant attitude AND name-calling, which was uncalled for. Calling my comments stupid and moronic didn't get us off on the right foot. In deference to forum members wanting to get back to NHB-talk and clean up this forum, I suggest we both stop the juvenile game.

You pissed me off and I got carried away. So let's just let it go. I'm not holding any grudges. You can still not like me, but don't call me names. By the way, I'm not a Sak-lover. I'm a big fan and I think he's great, but I'm very objective about his prospects. I think Tito can take him. And maybe Frank or Silva.

Just read Silva's interview on ADCC. Looks like he has no other strategy than to go right at Sak, like any other opponent. He also admits to not having good jiu-jitsu and ground fighting skills. He has a puncher's chance, but the lack of a good ground game will be exploited.

                      Edro and Sak

Edro and Sak this is the first time that ive seen in the forum 2 people agrue and then be men enough to realize its out of control and apologize. I just wanted to say thanks for being 2 stand up guys. You 2 are way past cool in my book.

Edro, I held out my hand and you shook it. Thanks. That is truly being "man" enough. I hope everything is OK with your situation.

Phillyman, thanks to you too for being the go-between.

There has definitely been too much rancor on this forum lately. Glad we could patch things up.

                        Oh shit Tito is scary...

                          UFC Friday

UFC is over for those who saw it what did you think. Tito kicked major butt. This new UFC may turn out to be the best thing for no holds barred. The last couple of shows were a little on the boring side. The show i saw friday was pretty good.

What are the other confirmed matchups? Is Ricco Rodriguez fighting Heath Herring? That will be an awesome fight. I think Heath will have to be added to everyone's top 3 heavyweights within the next year or so. A tap out win over Tom Erickson and a KO over Enson Inoue are greats and Heath is only 22 yrs old. Damn!

I think Heath, Pete Williams and Josh Barnett will be some of the top heavyweights in the next 2 yrs or so. They are the complete fighters w/ good standup and good ground fighting skills. Pete needs to jump back into the game and his fights at KOTC are a step in the right direction......hopefully to PRIDE. Until his fight w/ Rizzo, Josh Barnett was undefeated in kickboxing and in NHB. I think he had over 30 of these fights combined. He is only 23 yrs old and he is still improving everyday.
