Yeah, with my writing skills it'll probably be color by number though

I'm working on a text detailing training and application of various internal styles. The first one detailed the history of CMA's and how and why they wound up so different when they has such similar origins. This one will define the principles and theories of the Internal arts and show the similarities and the differences and examine why they "work" differently yet share the same roots and principles.

It'll be in installments the last one took about 12 years to get out as a finished work.

I hope to turn out a chapter a month with pics and video. I think video is a necessity (short of actually seeing and feeling for yourself) otherwise you can't possibly grasp the subtle differences between movements, or the movement within movement that defines some of the Internal arts.

you will need more then just a few lessons to learn how to grapple well.

i think judo would be an excellent form of standup grappling as wrestling would as well .....everyone should know the basics of groundfighting as well.....BJJ couldnt hurt?.......jubaji , you absolutely never contribute anything to this forum except harsh name calling and stupid remarks .....i got an idea? get off your lazy keyboard warrior ass and go train .....you've got almost 6000 posts on here.....thats a lot of sitting down......and try to be more open minded.....your not the know it all you think you are.

cant wait to see your ideas boar , ill be looking for that. i have to agree with georgie , why do you always insist on never contributing anything but name calling on here jubaji? ya know it really lends nothing to your credibility as a martial artist and to your intellect . and of course you are predictably going to attack me. as for this thread, i agree with georgie, everyone should know at least the basic fundamentals for groundfighting , i believe one should stay off the ground at all costs but theres always a good chance it may go there. so why not be prepared? judo and wrestling are both great in the clinch . i especially like judo for its throws which can be devastating on concrete.

The bigger question is why you would think that your opinion matters to me at all.
