Are finger locks and toe locks legal in the UFC?

Nope, they are considered small joint manipulation.

Wrist locks are not allowed. They are included in the ''small joints''...

That must have been some other League; didn't Royce submit someone with a wrist lock last year?

His stats say he submitted a guy at K-1 Premium 2004 Dynamite with a wrist lock. I can't find anything authoritative, but I've always understood "small joint manipulation" to only apply to finger and toe locks as well.

My understanding was that wrist locks were legal but very ineffective against a resisting trained opponent.
