Hello Brisbane,
Mannie De-Matos is conducting a "King Hit" seminar and "Level one" Punch Pad Course on Sunday the 25th March 07. This seminar is open to individuals and groups regardless of training background. This highly motivational, hands on workshop is being held at the Universal Mixed Martial Arts Centre (U.M.M.A.C)situated in the north Brisbane suburb of Lawnton.
Stage one: The King Hit seminar, starts at 9:00am and concludes at 12:00 midday.Cost $80.
Stage two: Is a FREE Hakarac grading at 2:00pm
Stage three: Is the Level One Punch Pad Course commencing at 4:00pm and concludes at 7:00pm.Cost $100
Any group consisting of three or more will pay only $60 for King Hit Seminar.
