Well you know i like the throw optionand seionage would be up there for this one but i think i would vote for a sasae tsurikomi ashi since he's got some momentum coming forward and no foundation the kuzushi is done for you if you're just quick enough on your feet. I've also seen a cool variation on osoto makikomi for use against a cross, but in this case it would involve stopping his momentum and reversing it so you'd really have to move into him almost with a shoulder check which is probably pretty dangerous and certainly ugly, but the nice thing is you come down in a perfect kesa gatame.
Basically any judo throw you're going to get will start with slipping to the inside of the punch

Osoto makikomi sounds nice but I'd prefer to pile drive rather than go for the kesa gatame. Kesa is basically to hold him in place whereas I'd be looking for the finish. Some know how to submit with kesa gatame but it is hard to do. Also the sasae tsurikomi ashi would be possible but I would think it would be easier to just go with the sacrafice throw. Either way, you would stun him with a throw and set yourself up for a big round on points even if you don't finish him off on the ground.

Plus one of my favorite armbars is done from kesa. Grab their wrist and just force the arm down so their elbow is locked against your thigh. The cool thing about it is when you've got the arm down about halfway, you can bring up your other leg to help prevent him from muscling out of it. It's hard to get the grip you want on his wrist, but once you've got it started it's very secure.

BAHAHAHAHA - Haduken! Yes! Me and a mate recently went to an 18th dressed as Ken and Ryu (Had to come as something beginning with the first letter of your name, my name being Kit, his name being Rhys, it was the obvious choice), as we both dabble in MA we pretty much spent entire night challenging each other to duels and Haduken-ing each other to oblivion with some light sparring. People loved it. Anyway, that's my story.
If you have fast legs, and see it early, go for the teep. If not... I'd say parry, but I haven't ever seen it happen to a decently set up superman, so just try and get out of the way and take advantage of him being off balance a split second... maybe even send one straight back at him?
