Difference between NHB & Jiu-Jutsu

okay i was just a little curious on the difference between NHB & BJJ..correct me if i am wrong, but i thought BJJ was all ground work..now NHB is what?
i saw this on grapplegirl.com, under where i train & class schedule

bjj is mostly ground work but also includes some strikes it evolevd from japanese jui-jitsu NHb or MMA as it is now called is grappeling and striking on the feet or the ground.

im just looking to take a KICKASS ground & stance art..i was considering xtraining w/ Muay Thai & BJJ
but any advice on my choice would be greatly appreciated

thanks a bunch..i hear BJJ is a very hard martial art to start with
i trained with a buddy for a while..wasnt really a martial art it was more like a style he developed over his years of street fighting
then he tought me a little boxing
so should i start w/ MT or BJJ for about a year/two?

ideally

you should start with both maybe on different days of the week
but if you can only pick one bjj first and do striking training at home if nesscary

i will see about prices..me & my mom are living with my grandmother and want to move back out so yeah..
what is the usual price for BJJ
