Upcoming ARIZONA eVENTS

Well, first Extreme fighters challenge is this Thursday at the Rockin Rodeo, I dont know who will be fighting at this event, but who cares, Go, drink, and enjoy various people fighting closed fist. It's an all around good time.

Next we have Rage In The Cage on the 24th of this month, they have their shows at an incredible venue, and I would love to fight at a place like that, but as far as watching fights there, I didn't like it that much, you can't mingle or walk around or anything, and it was really hot in there. I liked the midnight rodeo the best, they had long island iced tea pitchers, but besides that you could walk around and talk 2 fans, and they had a huge fighters locker room.
Edwin Dewees will be fighting Christophe Leninger, I've had some true wars in grappling with Edwin, he's a quick learner, and he is deadly in the guard. Christophe is a veteran who has numerous accomplishments. Bottom line is RITC is Edwins playground and he taps out leninger late in round 2.

Next we have Absolute Fighters Challenge, this event is held at the absolute fighter headquarters, and you get a pretty rowdy crowd for this show, no drinks but good closed fist fun, absolute seems to scare some people as they seem to no-show quite a bit. Good little show though.

Then we have Bushido coming in April, and that show will be off tha hook, visit bushidofighter.com to see the fightcard, Bruce Buffer will be announcing this show, Frank Shamrock will be in attendance, and probably mark kerr, don frye etc... sunshine will be puttin a smack down on some poor girl 2.

I may be wrong but I heard that this Thursdays show has been postponed. Most likely due to another promoter in town causing problems with other promoters and the boxing commision. I havent heard a reschedule date yet. Or, they may still go on with the show.

Oh really, that could explain why the promoter hasn't called me, you may have saved me a 2 hour trip , I don't suppose anyone has the promoters number, I lost it? I'd like to fight at the celebrity theatre this month, I know my record isn't 2 great at open handed fights, but I think I've figured out how to get out of almost all submissions(I could be wrong), and I think I can start winning or at least making it to decisions. If I know who my opponent is ahead of time, march 24th could be plenty of time to train. Some of the people I saw fight last show were jokes, but whenever I've fought at RITC, they always put me up against good fighters. That's the only way to become good though, fighting joe street guy doesnt prove a thing, when you go against the best and earn their respect, that's when you know your something, and that's what it's all about. -STUSSKILLA-

Grapplegirl, I dont think Parrish would agree with that, and rightfully so, I did make some comments that were upsetting to him, and I apologize, I let my temper get to me, I respect him as a fighter and realize he's one of the states top dogs in his weight class, and I would honor a fight with him, but If were going to make mma in AZ a legitimate sport, we have to have weight classes, and I know he'd fight me, and I'd fight him 2, but I outweigh him by alot. I'm really just focusing on my career, and just having fun fighting. I'm not saying all my shittalking will stop, but I think with Parrish it escalated 2 a very unhealthy level. So Darrel, if your out there, I know we wont be friends, but you're right, your girlfiend is innocent, I was just trying 2 get you mad, so I apologize 2 her. I have to say I like your new attitude better I totaly agree on the weight class thing!! I don't say this to alot of people but I think you have alot of talent and could go as far as you want in mma, or anything you want to do in life. Darrell is a very cool guy I know him well. He is the kind of guy that treats people the way he wants to be treated. And you are pretty cool to from what I know of you I have heard some people talking shit about you at different events but I had to always say that you have never disrepected me and were always a gentleman. I know they probably didn't like hear me saying that but it was the truth. I shouldn't say this but you did make me a little upset with you though when you brought Darrells girl in this she is so sweet and never talks bad against anyone " you hurt her feelings" when you said the stuff you did. Maybe I shouldn't be saying it but you did. I know that you and Darrell are not going to be having lunch with each other anytime soon but I do like how the 2 of you are acting. Good luck

I heard that the extreme show was going to be at Midnight Rodeo the bar where Roland had the Rage in the Cages at. I will find out today if they are still going on and email you later. Thanks for the props on my fight at the cajun house. I would have fought Jamie again already but Roland wouldn't pay and I wont fight for free so that was out. I don't care who I fight anymore I just wanna get paid!!!!! lol I'm sure you understand about wanting $$$$$ to fight after all it's the fighters putting themselves on the line not the promoters. I have no idea how to get ahold of Shawn! I don't know Shawn I have just met him 2 times the second time was the night I fought at the Cajun house. thanx, I'd appreciate it, I had a flyer that said his phone # and that it was at rockin rodeo tomorrow, but I lost the flyer. Well, It's all about the benjamins as puffy once said, so I understand that. Especially with me, because I have to drive 1 hour and a half 2 two hours every time. Sometimes these promoters dont wanna seperate with their kajillions of dollars, and in turn they lose the crowd favorites. Just wait till I get bank, I'll throw a bombass show, and pay fighters good. Well, you are both right. We wont be having lunch anytime soon, but I am glad you apologized for what you said. I am surprised, but I'm sure it would make a difference to her just to know you said it. Im sure we will fight some time in the future. It is bound to happen. I was also surpised in the credit you gave me. I have always said you would be a tough fight for me physically, but technically, i would have the advantage, so that is why I think it would be a good fight.

As far as you knowing who your opponant is, it usually doesnt happen at Rolands shows, cause he never knows who is gonna show up for the most part.
