Heya guys,
I was working on heel hooks last night and although I thought I got it technically down, I think I am doing something wrong. When I do the heel hook with my partner, he doesn't feel it behind the knee but at the ankle. The same goes when he does it to me, although when my instructor did it to me, I totally felt it behind my knee. What am I doing wrong, is it the way I have my hands positioned or where there knee should be locked by my legs? Anyone have this same problem? Any help would be great.-ED
