Kimbo has dealt in the shady/porn biz, but he seems down to earth, somewhat serene off the camera and focused on the fight game; Tyson on the other hand was somewhat vicious on and off the camera - he used to talk about kicking people in the groin and killing children.
Based on his demeanor and actions off the camera, I would say that Tyson is much more of a bully type.
Speaking of shadyness, whether we like it or not, sometimes shadyness succeeds (even though I'm personally and morally against it).
Alot of business and competitive dealings takes place outside of the office whether we like it or not. Pharmaceutical sales reps wine, dine and 69 doctors to get the sale; Financial dealers play golf with corporate executives whose companies they make transactions with; Information-based brokers purchase phone lists and use social engineering to accquire information...
That's just the tip of the iceberg.
Mike, I've seen struggling companies use grey tactics to get to a point where they didn't have to use them any more. Its a tough road, especially for ownership, but you've got to start somewhere...
I see Kimbo in the same light.Last edited by Tom Yum; 07-02-2007, 11:57 AM.

It's like Tommy Morrison bitching and whining that his HIV is keeping him from getting credible fights. Hey Tommy! If you hadn't stuck it in every hooker and tramp you could find back in the day, you wouldn't have this problem! It's called "consequence." Do some research.

But you tell me HONESTLY, right here and now...
that Kimbo Slice doesn't closely resemble Mr. T.
You can't.
wait, i take that back now. mr T was at WRESTLEMANIA 1. he helped our american icon hulk hogan beat roddy piper. kimbo never went to wrestlemania.
wrestlemania was one of those events in history that altered the course of mankind, comparable to the boston tea party, treaty of versailles, or the falling of the berlin wall. when future generations read about wrestlemania 1 in history books, it will be written that hulk hogan and mr T were there, they were a part of it.
