You couldn't train in Utah cause ya didn't have the ole ben-gay and geritol handy.

Which reminds me. I gotta get me some deep heat(what the young guys use). I'm freakin sore sore as hell.........

Utah was the vacation,
I took the week off and didn't really do anything.
Well, I did some sit ups one night and also did some stretching, but that was it.

I sucked at training tonight. I had to tell my training partners to go easy on me.

Interesting night, for our small class,
we had 3 black belts, two purples belts.
The ladies were well represented:
Leka (black) and Gazzy (purple).

Sometimes you just never know who will come through the door to train that night.

Heh...I work a coupld of blocks from the Machado school...maybe I should visit sometime, what are the hours at the school?

machado pasadena schedule

as of right now rigan is not teaching until after the abu dhabi tournament. so different instructors are teaching on mondays and wednesdays. mica (brown) taught last wednesday. roger machado teaches on tuesday and thursdays, paulo (black) teached in the morning. and lonnie (brown belt but black belt level in my opinion) teaches on saturdays.
