    well he isnt just a tkd fighter. he knows muay thai as well. the combination of tkd and mt have made his standup skills not only fast and powerful, but very versatile as well. the part were he keeps hitting that one guy with nonstop combinations is awesome.

      You can say that about anyone in MMA or K1. They are all mixed martial artists. They all know more than one style. His main style is TKD though, his speed, power and technique in his kicks prove it.

        Serkhan fought Masato to a decision loss using straight punches from both hands and high, fancy kicks from tae kwon do.

        Sure he lost, but the fact that he took the fight to Masato, using only his TKD skills says alot. He also has a pretty good knockout/win ratio.

          hello,

          this is an interesting fighter. operative word: fighter. one can learn any style or even several styles and not be a fighter. guys like this could have learned tai chi and still fight!!!

          maybe with the coming of the korean fighters via the "spirit" promotion, we might see more fighters similar to serkanyilmaz? that would be cool.
