anyone ever read this book? it is a GEM. i stumbled across this book in a college library when i would read the martial arts books in between classes. a lot of the books were garbage, but some were really good and this book was by far the best one of all. there is some really useful shit in there, all very practical. he talks about all kinds of stuff.
