Of course. I once saw Jack on a television show recently (can't remember which one) and he was as excited as a hormone-prone teenage boy when he talked about his wife.

He still works out 2 hours a day (at 93), spending 1.5 hours with weights and 30 minutes in the pool...

I can't speak for all dudes, but after a decent workout I feel invigorated....to say the least.

If I was Jack Lalanne I'd work out too. Interestly, cigar smoking George Burns lived to 100 and I don't think he ever worked out. It just goes to show, if you want to live to a ripe old age you should either work out or smoke like a chimney.

              Just DO IT

              What are you waiting for?

You know, I've been injured more times than I can count. Knee, spine, etc..

Serious trauma will heal or it will leave you lame for life. Adapt.

It may seem odd but a number of "doctors" are surprisingly ignorant or complacent when it comes to sport injury. I played with a broken arm... For a few weeks before they even took an X ray...

They put a cast on it and I played some more...

Learn to TAP OUT. FAST! inform your fellow students of the injury and play nice.

If you're not afraid to get back on your bike don't be afraid to try the judo.

              (BJJ)

              Separated shoulder and BJJ

              --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm really eager to try BJJ, but in May I separated my shoulder falling off my bike. I'm working on physical therapy to strengthen the muscles around there, but do you think this rules me out of BJJ?

Of course, George Burns smoked cigars. I guess Clinton is destined to live to 100. But I think the Grim Reaper should deduct 20 years for Hillary.
