Is anyone into supplements for strength training?
I'm curious about Androstat 100 poppers. My brother has put on 15 pounds of muscle in the last month and a half. So I'm guessong there has to be a down side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just finished taking the androstat poppers and I didn't noticed any effects whatsoever. I even took larger than recommended amounts. This doesn't mean they don't work for everyone, they just didn't work for me.

I don't think there are supposed to be any negative affects from creatine and andro, unless somebody here has heard otherwise? If not I'm pretty sure creatine and andro are O.K..

Short answer: Thumbs down on andro. There are several different types of 'andro' available OTC on the market right now, and each possesses its inherent risk in side effects. None have been demonstrated in a controlled environment to provide an advantageous athletic/ergogenic effect.

-Don't look for answers in a pill bottle or powder. Learn how to properly train. . . especially if STRENGTH is your primary concern. Remember, they are just that; SUPPLEMENTS. . . not the foundation- they might give you a little boost (most don't, however) but not much as far as legal products go. A good book or coach is the best 'supplement' if I had to pick one.
However if you're looking to lose weight (in the wallet), go ahead and blow your $$$ on some andro.
