do you know of any websites with pictures and techniques that you can learn from...

It's going to be really hard to learn without someone showing you, or at least someone to practice with so that the two of you can make up your own versions/interpretations of the moves you see in pictures.

But I know Les Gutches' site has some step-by-step takedown guides with pictures. Not sure about the address but it should be easy to find with a search.
