I challenge everyone in south Florida to come down and have fun at my open mat! 
My program in Miami is pretty young, about 5 months old. I just bought new mats and now the whole school is setup with brand new zebra mats. Now I want to break in these mats with an Open Mat! The open mat is going to be this Saturday, April 14! Directions are listed below.
We are going to have free pizza, drinks, and UFC and Pride on TV. Everyone of all styles and experience are invited. If all you know is wrestling, come down and wrestle! If you have always been interested in grappling but have never trained, feel free to come down. You can watch, ask questions, and have some food You can come wearing anything you want, you don't have to bring a gi. I personally train with shorts and a t-shirt.
The Open Mat is going to be this Saturday, April 14, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm in Miami, FL. I teach grappling out of Lee's Tae Kwon Do, 12120 SW 117 CT, Miami, FL. For specific directions, check out the website at www.jiujitsu.cc or call the school at 305-255-4811.
Also, if you are interested in competing in the FFC Submission Grappling Open but haven't gotten around to pre-registering, you can pre-register at the open mat. If you don't have a registration form, I will have extra ones at the school. Remember, April 14 is the deadline for the pre-registration. You will save $15 by pre-registering. If you are in south Florida and are interested about the tournament (which is NAGA sanctioned), check out www.floridamartialarts.com for more info.
