Alexandre Penao in Toronto
I was checking out this new gym on downtown Toronto, they have BJJ for a very good price (white belts program) and the instructor is Alexandre Penao, 6th Black Belt (1st Carlson Gracie generation)... He is sick! I definetly suggest the gym (very nice and clean, recently opened it is called Renegade). I am training there for now on.
