Oleg Taktarov and Rey Diogo to Team-up for Unprecedented Seminar!
Five years ago, this seminar couldn’t have happened.
At one time, jiu-jitsu students trained with jiu-jitsu students, wrestlers with wrestlers, and sambo players with sambo players. There was little, if any, open cross-training going on. But on May 12th at 3:00pm, the first jiu-jitsu/sambo seminar will take place in Culver City, California.
Oleg Taktarov, former UFC champion and star of the box office hit 15 Minutes, will join Carlson Gracie Black Belt and 4 time national champ, Ricardo “Rey” Diogo to present a unique seminar focussed on each art’s respective specialities.
Grapplers from all over California will be coming out to learn Sambo’s effective leglocks and BJJ’s attacking guard. Throughout the four hour seminar, Taktarov and Diogo will reveal their specific “tricks” for making common techniques more effective, and will present some new material that is guaranteed to impress even the most advanced student of the grappling arts.
The seminar will take place on May 12 at 3:00pm at Ron Scanlon’s Kung-Fu San Soo Academy in Culver City, California. The cost for this four hour workshop is only $50.
