OT: Houston Flood

I wasn't aware of how bad the rain was until Saturday night. After the Machado tournament in Dallas I was visiting my uncle in Ft. Worth when I heard about the devastating fllod on the news there. I had to leave early from my visit to make sure everything was alright in Lufkin. Luckily, the Lufkin area didn't get hit as bad as some of the surrounding areas.

The University of Houston campus is shut down for the entire week next week and the some of the basements there are under water.

I know that Mousel, Hawk, and Solis's schools are in the area as are many of the posters. I hope everybody didn't too bad.

Fortunately, I live in a part of town that didn't get hit too bad. Tim's school is close to where I-10 was underwater, but I think he was far enough out that it didn't get hit. I guess I'll find out tonight when I go to class.
