Yes, here in the US criminals that are convicted have their full names in the paper and on the news, etc. If the person is not convicted and only a suspect, sometimes they can remain anonymous, but usually this is how it's done.

I wish that you guys would take Bobby Steeles' deviant sexual behavior as seriously as you do with this JoJitsu character.
