jiu jitsu training near ubc (vancouver)

hey guys,
im looking to start out in jiu jitsu. do anyone know a place that is relatively near the university.
if possible, information regarding the price would also be greatly appreciated.

There are both Japanese JJ and Judo taught at the UBC Rec Centre.

The UBC Judo club has a 50-50 emphasis on standing and ground work. I trained with them from 2006-07 and highly recommend them.

One term (about 4 months) costs about $170 if you're a student, about $200 if you're not.

Off-campus there are more options, but they'd be a 10-15 minute bus-ride away. The easiest to get to would probably be:
http://graciebarra.ca/ - On Main St, just off Broadway. Not too long a ride on the B-Line. Tim Shears is a great instructor. I don't know what he's charging these days - I last trained with him when he was teaching downtown (back in 2005).
