Talk him into investing into a more profitable business.Like land development!Guys who run succesful MA schools have to spend alot of time training in order to be good enough to attract clients.
They dont make that much money.Guys like Rickson and Rorian are exeptions to the rule.Unless you are going to start a fight promotion business, there really isnt alot of money in it.And even those come and go.
How about MA movies? They may make good money,if you get the right talent to make it and star in it.

That's easy. I thought about doing this a long time ago. Pick an elite BJJ black belt from Brazil, bring him to the U.S. and set him up in a brand spankin' new school, and partner w/ him in the profits.

A while back, Rey Diogo was looking for someone to spot him $10,000 so he could have his own school. I'd have gladly spotted him the money, except I didn't know jack about him, and I wasn't planning on partering w/ him based on character witnesses.

Then again, partnering w/ Brazilians may be a VERY risky investment.

              kind of like indentured servitude.

I was thinking of doing this with children from developing nations to make gi's in my sweatshop.

I'm coming out with the following line of gi's:

              Atoma
              Crewgans
              Howerd Kombat Cimonos (HKC)
              Machadoe
              Ooano
              KickSkin
