I currently do some lifting (in mornings) and 1 hr jogs (evenings) every other day. On my days off I rest well, which is every other day.
I'm planning on taking BJJ, and was thinking I'd substitute it for the 1 hr jogs I do 4 times a week in the evenings. But i'm wondering if its worth giving up the running since its doing wonders for my cardio and is helping me to lose weight fast.
Can someone advise me of how to incorporate BJJ / MMA into my training schedule?
Running and BJJ in the evenings may be overkill, and I need those rest days every other day to recover.
