Causes for this Forum's "Petering Out"...

People have been talking about this forum dying off for the 7 years I've known about it (in various incarnations).

I haven't been here for quite a while. It looks great to me.

I've been coming here off and on since 96 and I've seen this topic since then. The forum is still here. Besides, I checked out the Underground the other day and they had the same question. So, if all the forums are wondering why they are petering out, which forum is on the rise?

By the way, Szczepankiewicz, what is that thing? It looks like a raindrop with cross hairs in the center.

i've actually noticed that most forums are slowing down. not just this one. Maybe people are starting to find better things to do with their spare time

Actually- The cookies in this forum are better than most- Mousel has a great setup here. This forum is underated. to draw a bigger crowd all that needs to be done is to invite some MMA champs to answer questions and shoot the $hit. Other than that- This place has it all- <--- even the best smileys

Yeah good point Bond. That is something cool about the Underground; fighters come on and give their .02$ every so often. We need that here.

Also, I checked out that fightsport.com. Not a bad forum even if it is a bit Brazilian biased! (no offense folks) But even Dana White answered some posts.

Thanks, Also, now that I think about it- The forums of all sorts drop off in the summer months and pick up in the winter. ITG is rolling along. Its a good forum overall. The UG has too many sales pitches and people who never trained trolling.l
