Amateurs do not get paid to compete in MMA events. But, they can earn a little cash to subsidize training expenses and such by contracting with a Sponsor.
Rumble Zone has set up deals with several Sponsors that will pay "sponsorships" to competing Fighters for marketing their products. These Sposorships are for Fighters who prove they are winners.
The Fighter has to win their Regional first and advance to the Finals. If they advance, they are assisted with travel expenses to the Finals.
In addition, Sponsored Fighters will recieve a $100 Sponsorship to wear either a hat, head band, shirt, robe or other item displaying the Sponsors name and/or logo. These items will be supplied by the Rumble Zone Sponsors. This fee is paid per event.
They will also receive a $50 Sponsorship to "mention" the Sponsors name during the "After Fight Interview" if they are the winner. This is paid per appearance (fight).
Getting to the Regional is the Amateur fighters responsibilty (as per most shows).
Pros are assisted with travel expenses to all Rumble Zone events. Amateurs are assisted to any Finals competitions only.
This is an awesome development that will not only give Rumble Zone Sponsor incredible exposure, it will help up & coming Fighters subsidize their training expenses.
