You kids kill me. Sak could beat Frank Shamrock, Tito Ortiz, Vanderlei Silva, Rickson Gracie, Belfort (again) and Dan Henderson, but I'm sure you'd still find fighters who can beat Sak and theorize about DSE's consipiracy to protect him from them. LOL!

Ronin - Henderson and Tito are superior wrestlers. Henderons is a world champ and Tito was a national Champ in college. Tito would beat Sak in my opinion. He is bigger, stronger and faster. His submissions are getting much better also. Remeber he choked Rumina Sato unconscious at Abu Dhabi.
Rainbowthief- We will know soon enough. Frank, Rickson and Tito could all beat Sak in my opinion. Renzo out boxed Sak. What do you think Shamrock will do to him? I do think Sak would beat Silva though.

Beetle,
You make some interesting points, but you surely underestimate Vitor. The Vitor we have seen in the last few fights has improved and comes with a smart game and sticks to it. He now seems to utilize his comparative advantage against a given opponents. I bet his fellow Top Team members have given him some good coaching.
Be careful how far you talk up Sak. Most of us here like him alot, but try not to create another 'unbeatable' juggernaut like Royce or Rickson.
Sak is a great fighter, but he can and has lost fights.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm gone for one day and some ding-dong naming himself after an old rock & roll band says I'm out of touch. First, Beatle, I'll say like I've always said, along with many others, Sak did tap to Royce, now whether it was an "I quit"
tap, a strategic, no body'll see tap to get Royce to let up, or just a tapping on something getting ready to make a move is anybody's guess and I've always said that. Vitor is a legitimate threat to anyone, not only because of his punching, but because of his grappling. He's in shape, he's tough, and seems to have his head on straight now. He's only lost to R.C. & Sak. If he hadn't broke his hand against Sak it could have been anybody's fight. As far as being objective, anything I say I back up with logical facts, except when the logic is obvious to most. Sak's fights have been very controversial. Goes, Metzger, Royce Royler, and Belfort mainly because no one knows what would have happen had Vitor not broken his hand. My world goes back a lot further then 1993, but I have never been so ignorant to say Vitor has no chance against anyone, much less someone that has been in as many close fights as Sak.

Now to the point. Next time put your reading glasses on. No one said Vitor has no chance. There's a vast chasm between "no chance" and "serious threat", I believe he has a pucher's chance, that's it. As for the broken hand, if my grandma had balls she would be my grandpa. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Don't even try and use the "controversial" spin, Sak has proved he is not a fluke. I just wonder what it would take for some people to give the guy credit.
One more thing, we all know Sak didn't quit against Royce so quit the FUD.

First, I'm not that sure the Beatles were the best band ever, they certainly weren't my favorite but they were very good. Vitor is a serious threat to anyone in NHB. We all DO NOT know that Sak didn't tap to Royce. Some think he did, some think he didn't, some feel its too close to call. It amazes how some, you included, think I have a bad memory. Read your first post. You say I'm on crack, You repeat my post, you say"Vitor a threat to Sak" then a bunch of HaHas and then say I'm in a world of my own and that's in 1993. Just because later on you crawfish and say, "Well, he has a puncher's chance" and "He's not a SERIOUS threat", am I suppose to take your crawfish post serious or your first post. Hey, if you ain't gonna boogie, don't go to the hop. And if you ain't gonna stick with your first post, don't print it that way to begin with.

2) "Crawfish" WTF? Please post the URL of a Redneck to English dictionary.
3) I can mash pototao with the best of em.
4) Of course the Fab Four were the best ever. They were the best because they wrote the best songs- 1 billion records sold. "Yesterday" the most covered song EVER. Who can surpass these archievments?
Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today . . .
Imagine there's countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace . . .
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world . . .
You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

As a matter of fact Beatle, if you'll go back to the posts when that topic was going hot & heavy, you'll find I'm not the only one. "Crawfish" means back up, which is exactly what you did and if the Beatles ever dreamed they were better then the Eagles they'd wake up & apologize.

The Eagles????????????
Come on dude. The Eagles were a good band, I like some of their stuff, but they're not even in the same league when it comes to song composition. Try listening to what the critics agree is the greatest album of all time- Sgt. Pepper.

Beatle,
If I went by what critics say, I'd have missed some of the best action movies that ever came out. However, since music
depends on what you like, then its very subjective. I can't think of anything the Eagles did I don't like, that's not true with the Beatles. I don't think they were as good as the Cream either. I mean Clapton, Ginger Baker, and the rest. Hendrix was the only one that was in Clapton's class and Ginger Baker had no equals.

Well, the Beatles took chances, that's what made them so great, when you take chances not everyone will like the result. Many people don't realize that the Beatles were the first to use feedback on a song, they also were the first to experiment with synthetic sound i.e. synths. As you say, music is subjective, but most critics agree that The Beatles were the greatest of all time in the same way that literature critics accept that Shakespeare was the greatest playright and Sir Isaac Newton the greatest mathematician. Consumer Reports don't get it right all of the down, however, I still respect their opinions. One off-the-mark movie review is not a good reason to lose faith in all movie reviews, it's all a matter of degree.
I with you on Cream. Great band. Have you ever seen the video clip of Hendrix dedicating a rockin rendition of "Sunshine of your love" to Cream? I think it was orginally on the BBC. When Sgt. Pepper came out, Hendrix was the first musician to cover the title song. The record came out on a Friday, Jimi had learned the song and was playing it live 2 days later.
