2 years ago when I was a junior in high school I posted an essay I wrote on Frank Shamrock for a semester final. It got me an A but this forum didn't like it, obviously just trying to nitpick at me because they are pathetic. It really hurts me bad that random internet people didn't like my essay even though my history teacher did. As for me being vague while talking about training practices what are you talking about? And again as for me saying I never read and look down on those that do, what? I read every day.

frank shamrock is cool. he is a fighter. he is my favorite fighter in mma (thats mixed marshall arts fighting).
his big brother taught him to fight tuffguys.
he has good cardio and in my personal opinion he has a really hot body. my tae kwon do instructor says i will look like him when i fill out a bit more.
frank shamrock is the ufc champion because he was adopted by a fight instructor.

To tell you the truth, I enjoyed that essay! It's better than most college level term papers I turn in...

So, guessing your age I would say 15 or 16? You will come to learn that the passion of youth is a grand thing, especially when you're an old fart like me. You will also come to learn that no one is interested in passionate statements. The more you care about something and the more passionate you are when trying to convince others, the more they will make fun of you.
People make fun of me all the time, that's what you get for being a Big Blue Booger...
