yeah... subaru has definitely got it goin' on!

they kicked ass with the svx and they still haven't received the public recognition they deserve for making great performance vehicles at a resonable price.

the critics are always raving about their cars, but it seems as though it always seems to fall on deaf ears. it's really too bad. i hope this doesn't kill subaru's production of these type of cars in the u.s. it would be a damn shame.

The wrx is is an OK car,I personally can't stand the looks of the cars, they look too much like an economy car.I personally prefer 3000gt vr4s and Stealth RT/TT,since buying my first Stealth RT I will probably always own a 3000gt or stealth, they are the perfect mixture of Luxury and sport.

The performance for the price of the wrx is very good though,I haven't had an opportunity to drive one yet, maybe soon.

well, what i like about the wrx is it's tough rally racing look. it's not your cookie-cutter, pimp-daddy, "sleek" look of the stealth, etc. sorry, but i can't stand the stealth/3000gt. i'll just leave it at that. to each his own.

the wrx has character. a wolf in sheep's clothing. i can imagine, a guy in a bmw 325 or an audi a4 with his gal, sitting next to you at a stop light, looking at you with a condescending look and then you blow them off the line and leave 'em behind. hahahaha...

kind of reminds me of the renault r5

I'm sorry gentlemen, I just don't get the facination with imports. American muscle is the only way to fly. If it ain't rear wheel drive.....why bother?

American Muscle the only way? Why would you say this? What type do you have/like?

But I would have to agree. No matter how fast, how it handles, how it accelerates etc, etc... nothing, nothing! compares to the rumble of the mighty V8.

SZ: I've got a Mustang. my 3rd one. This one is only a V6 but I'm planning a trade-in for a 2003 model or a V8 engine swap. I bought the six for insurance and gas mileage but now.

                    .....(smacks head) I coulda had a V8!!

The new Cobras are really nice with the IRS and the 2003 rumor is that Ford will reintroduce a Boss 302. That's what I'm waiting for! If I do the engine swap, the crated V8s are pretty cheap or I could put the 351 from my Bronco in there....that'd be nice.

What years and models were your Mustangs?

I myself have a Mopar. 1969 Dodge Charger with a 383 2bbl. Only one owner, my ol' man. It needs some work, but it's a sweet ride...

                        Sports cars and muscle cars are both cool.I have had two Triumph TR4's,and 65,66,and67 GTO's.A 69 Charger with a 440 magnum.And I presently have a Dodge 2500 with a V-10 magnum.
I can pass anything but a gas station.I also have a little mazda B2000 pickup with a four banger that I drive most of the time.
