Anyone know who Sandro Rabello Tavares is

While hanging out on Copa beach 2 weeks ago in Rio, I met Sandro who told me he was a Carlson Gracie blackbelt who was looking for new students. He said he was on Carlson's fighting team and that he had won the heavyweight division in the Mundial's this year. He came across as a really nice guy, he offered to teach me private classes for only 20R and hour ( about $8). I didn't have much reason to doubt him because he was covered in gracie J.J. tattoos, including the 2 huge bulldogs facing each other across his back. I wanted to see if anyone on the board had ever heard of him.
