i forget the name of the tornament, but in summer im heading to california with my shidoshi (Alex Nobles 
) and fellow students to get my first taste in a karate torny of, err... big proportions. chances are, though, i wont be participating in it (im only a white belt... well a yellow by the time the torny comes around. but i do have 6 years in wrestiling and 2 years in sambo), i might have a chance to get into some sparring... i never did sparring in karate, though its probobly different then my fights in NJ shore.
anyways, i was wondering if anyone knows the name of this shindig in the back of my head. i'd know it if i heard it...
