Qi Gong (often spelt Chi Kung) is a powerful type of health exercise, which has been practised for centuries by millions of Chinese people. It is based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements which, combined with the correct breathing patterns, are specifically designed to benefit health, both on a superficial level and on an internal level. These movements can be done either slowly and gently, or more vigorously, depending on the desired effect.
With a little bit of regular practise, Qi Gong can have a powerful effect on mind, body and spirit. Reported benefits have included increased general health and well being, reduced levels of stress, and a brighter and more balanced outlook on life's possibilities.
Qi Gong can be practised either as a discipline in its own right, or a perfect complement to your Tai Chi training

sure it makes sense to train both long and short, but they dont connect the skills very effeciantly...a long palm would connect their body better....SOME of them do practice shattering and imprint as well as burning palms and son tan, but most dont, so the long power isnt connected as it should be....i posted links to the head of the systems video page in the White Tiger thread i started.....he cant break coconuts...so he fakes his breaks their arent any of those on the site (he took them off when all the people who can do the breaks pointed out the fakery) you can see the speed and power of his strikes...point being, train the iron palm...
