  • How to increase your bench by 50lbs

I found the exact article I was talking about. This is by Shawn Phillips. It is the complete article including progression tables and detailed explanations of the workout.

Sorry Mushisan, he said if you are WEAK you're not allowed to play...

    I used this and in 7 weeks I added 35lbs. (315 to 350)
My workout partner, ectomorph, added 15 lbs (165 to 180)
And a guy who was mixing it in with us added 30 lbs to his (145 to 175) and is currently pushing 215.

Good luck and let me know how it works for you!

Sure, I'll run into the kitchen for some ice cream.

I am by no means a hulk. More like the Michelin Man....

Don't worry dude, Walmart has those pretty pink one pound dumbells on sale!

I'll get you some for a graduation present!

So Incredible Hulk, do you have any speed and quickness to go with your superhuman strength??

According to my wife, I am the quickest man she's ever known... I am still trying to figure that one out.

I guess you could say I am quick. I have explosive power and I move really well, especially on the ground. We train in a lot of ground transportation (rolls, and kneeling steps etc, and in Judo we do Ne Waza) and I can keep up with the skinny guys easily. My biggest problem is stamina.

As for all out speed, I am not the fastest, but either I can usually out quick and outlast the guys my size or bigger, or I can overpower the guys smaller than myself.
