Thanks to everyone that came to the HCK TAKE DOWN WORKSHOP today. It was a full house and there was a lot of technique being taught. It was 3 full hours of non-stop action.
Special thanks to Rico Chiapparelli, Vlady Matyushenko, and Fernando Vasconcelos (Frank Trigg had shoulder surgery this past Wed. so he couldn't teach) for showing world class technique.
