1.) Tie Ups - Underhooks, overhooks, arm drags, 2 on 1, head snaps, shedding & blocking
2.) Take down from the clinch - 2 types (there are many clinch take downs, but we will focus on 2 effective ones that are very simple to learn and retain)
3.) Single leg take down - 2 types (there are many single leg take downs, but we will focus on 2 effective ones that are very simple to learn and retain)
cost: $35.00 pre-registration, $50.00 at the door.
Balance out your ground game by learning an effective standup grappling game. If you can't transition to the ground properly, it will be harder to apply your ground game.
