I have a friend in Leesburg, VA that really wants to train in grappling or BJJ. Do you know any good schools in that area?

I actually grew up there, but haven't been in the area for five + years. From what I've heard he'll have at least a 45 minute drive to any gym. I've just gone blank, but check bjj.org for places in VA.
