Aint nothing Like the real thing...Anyone in OC should come out to train at Ralph Gracie's. It's a great place to train. Classes are at 7:00pm to 9:00pm M-F and 10:00am - 12:00noon on sat. On thursday night we have a wrestling coach teach us take downs. The best aprt about it is there is a free introductory lesson so u can come and try it out.
