Yes,I train with Matt.I guess the one thing that is formost in our training is the amount of time we spend actually testing ourselves against bigger /stronger opponants.We are always encouraged to pick someone who can beat you to practice with.Always testing yourself and improving.Matt loves to push you past your limits.After 2 hrs of 5min rounds,rotating partners each round.Then he has the class lineup and you get to play king of the mat.We share our gym with Profesional wrestlers.Some times we invite them to try and hold us down.Some of those guys weigh well over 300 lbs.It really tests a guy like me,who only stands 5foot7" and 140 lbs.
