  • My leg lock seminar is free.

Ive changed my mind about charging for the leglock seminar.

Today I was rolling and I realized how out of shape I was. I dont think that I'm ready to start charging for what I know.

I think that I should wait until I've reached some advanced level all-around before I ask people to spend money on what I've got to share. I am confident that I can give anyone $35 worth of valuable tips and techniques, but I dont feel comfortable doing so until I'm a black belt.

So...Here is the offer since I dont want to go back on my word: Tomorrow's seminar/workshop/informal gathering is FREE. I am going to give you all I can give for 3 hours and you can take what you like and discard the rest. I hope you can all make it because I look forward to meeting and working out with everyone.

If you decide you loved the seminar and want to drop some cash towards what I'm paying to reserve the space, you are welcome to. It isnt expected and you shouldnt feel obligated. I just look forward to the experience.

Come on dudes, if you show up, time to put some cash down, otherwise, we'll be seeing Andreh at his usual freeway offramp with his sign:

I didn't make the cut for Survivor,
            nor Big Brother, please help.
            God bless

As you can see, Andreh is paying to rent the studio,
cough up some dough, and not the spare change.
Keep that for the real dudes that inhabit the off ramps.

I tried to FORCE Andreh to take my loot, but the bastard heel-hooked me and wouldn't let go until I tore up my check.

The seminar was awesome... Andreh is a great teacher, and I learned some cool tricks.

I also met the INFAMOUS "Karl/Karlihnos".

A good time was had by all, and Zankou Chicken rocks ass!!!!

                I echo EJ's comments...

The seminar was a BLAST and Andreh is a GREAT teacher. I'd have to say he's one of the best teachers I've seen/experienced.

Unlike EJ, I managed to kneebar Andreh and make him take my money. He resisted, but eventually submitted. :-) (yeah, frickin' right)

It was cool finally meeting "Mr. Ball 'n Chain" (lol).

ZANKOU Chicken?!?!?!?! Bastids! If I had known that you guys were gonna go THERE, I would have left the family stranded and hungry for a couple more hours!

Zankou chicken is the best rotisserie chicken, this side of the border, and cheap too. Hey EJ, look on the net, there is supposed to be another outlet in Anaheim. I tried to look for it, but couldn't find it. I think they moved.

Now did you cheap dudes buy Andreh his dinner? I hope so

Sorry I couldn't make it. I stayed up until 1 AM last night, doing my newsletter.

I am glad you dudes had a good time.
Too bad I had to miss all the fun.

                      It was my pleasure.

If there's a Zankou in O.C., then I will find it.

LOL E1am... I tried to forget about Karl selling us out on CHAT, but I just couldn't do it.

So EJ, what did you do to the sheeet head?

Thanks for the compliments, guys! I had a great time. I was extremely nervous at first, but everyone was so cool that I quickly relaxed.

Zankou is awesome (thanks for treating, EJ!). The OC location is on Ball road, but I forget the cross street. I used to live in OC and I moved to an apartment on Ball rd just to be near Zankou! (true story!) lol.

Hope to see you guys again soon. Thanks for coming!

Karl, not only did you pay, but you paid too much! Anytime you wanna work out or let me pay for dinner, Id be honored!

Isn't Pro Bono for losers? Like homeless, mentally ill, and scum of the Earth people?

                              HA!
