What is an Umaplata?

I keep reading references to this in various MMA threads but I have no idea what it is.

i tried looking for pics of the tech on the net and haven't found anything yet. it's complicated to explain if you've never seen it and even if you've seen it, it's still complicated! (lol)

basically it's a shoulder lock using your legs and body to tie up an arm and bend it back behind the opponent. you end up on the guy's side with his arm entangled in you legs and you're on your knees. the opponent is pretty much face down on the mat getting his arm cranked behind him.

i'll try and find a pic or something...

it's a very strong and effective move if you stick it.
