I recently completed filming a new videotape with TRS, entitled "Street Safe III - Brutal Solutions." The purpose of this message is to assure anyone and everyone that I had nothing whatsoever to do with their advertising. Anyone that knows me personally knows for a fact that these could never be my words. I believe TRS is basically a good company, with high-quality production. My only problem with them has always been their "over the top" advertisements.

I'm not sure you remember me, but I attended one of your IPTP a couple years back. I was the guy who had no idea that Phase 1 instructorship was higher than Apprentice haha. I have been devoting myself lately to BJJ and judo.

I'm from Italy; I train in Ruas Vale Tudo: I'm really glad you entered this forum. I must say that here in Italy the only guys serious about REAL jkd training and streetfighting applications are from Progressive Fighting System. Guys like Maik Faraone, Corrado Vella, and in my native Sardinia Mr. Pruneddu are very highly appreciated. This speak alot about your teaching. Currently I'm planning to train with a Phase one PFS instructor (Pruneddu), but I must arrange my working schedule 'cause he resides some 200 km from me.

Keep the good work, from my humble point of view, apart from Guro Inosanto you are the one that has carried the REAL jkd spirit to us.

I think Paul's integrity is just awesome. He can't make them change their ads, so he takes it on to personally tone down the hype on his own products. All butt kissing aside, I have met lots of famous martial artists, but it was Paul whose modesty, and integrity have stood out to me.
