ok i know this goes in the boxing thread but itll never get answered there. I would really like to start boxing but my stepdad is totally against it. he thinks any form of martial arts or anything like that is dumb because you just go and het hit. so since i cant join a boxing club(theres not oine in my town) and he wouldnt lt me anyway could someof you help me out with some condidtioning or drills. I already know the punches and some basic shadow boxing cause my brother in law was a boxer. but hes like 7 states away and i would really liike so help here. so if anyone can help me please respond. i dont need anyone sayingill make bad ahbbits cause i already know the basics, i just want help putting toigether a coonditioning and drills routine.

Buy some focus pads and grab a friend. Nuff Said.
Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut.
Jab, Cross, duck 'n' weave - Hook, etc, use your imagination!
Do you know any grappling already? IF you are better on the ground, learning how to transition from boxing range to clinch range helps too!
As for conditioning:
*Knee-Tap Jumps (Jump up bringing your knees high and tap them with your palms as high as you can, but remember to keep a straight back!)
*Crunches
*Skipping
*Push-Ups
*And if you can - Weight Training
And if you haven't got a heavy bag get one!
