Bollocks. While I'm in "ranting" mode, let me get this off my chest.

There is another guy who calls himself "Professor". His trumped up art is called "Sprit Combat". He is 10th Dan in his own art, although he only managed a modest 1st Kyu in Aikido prior to this lofty self promotion.

This knob runs intensive weekend courses, after which he gives you a Black Belt. What a turd.

But the mugs keep showing up, eager to don this mighty status.

There really is so much bull shit in the martial arts.

      Not jujutsu

The problem is that most jujutsu outside of Japan is usually a combination of old style judo, karate + alpha. Most classical styles in Japan have under 20 students, and therefore don't go international. Some styles are more focused on the historical transmission of their art some want to teach modern applications.

Joe you did not understand what I said real classical JJ has its own strikes that are noway related to karate. It is UK and US self created styles that have done that.

This is very true, even in such things as heavyweight boxing. Oh yes. Us Brits are very proud of our champion Lennox Lewis, who isn't from Canada at all.........
