      cool

that's soo cool, avatars are really cool stuff, I like ones that move, you know the ones that animate. Do you think you can show me a site with animated avatars??

PPlllleeeaasseee...I'll be your best friend and promise never to take the piss out of your weight again, as long as you stick to a proper diet and work on that cardio of yours though I know it is down to genetics, but don't take it out on your mom for being fat, she can't help it. Being a single mum on the welfare can make people depressed the only comfort in life for people like your mom is cheese burgers.

So remember the next time the fat family all sit down to lunch and dish out the cheese burgers, just say NO!! and opt for the salad, You'll thank me in the long run.

Regardless of fighting developed from the arts, weight control is pretty much why I've decided to make BJJ and Muay Thai my base arts. From looking at the way they train I think I'd be fat as a pig if I had a non-aerobic martial art, such as a lot of silat and gung fu styles as my base. I gotta sweat...

BJJ or any martial art isn't enough to control weight. You still have to eat the right foods. I weight just as much now as when I started BJJ a year ago.
